After being put on hold for two months due to foundation work, renovations of the Beacon Hill Carriage House are finally moving forward again.   BGB increased the home efficiency by adding a combination of open cell and close cell insulation to help combat air infiltration and to better insulate the dwelling. We have now moved into the plaster stage and are prep. for paint, hardwood flooring and finish millwork to start once the humidity acclimation period is complete.

Even though there was a two month hold on the project, BGB was able take this time to remove all the windows and doors for restoration by Olde Bostonian. Also, All custom millwork  is well underway in our sister shop of Clevergreen Cabintes and is schduled to be intsalled mid June.
