Located in one of Boston’s up and coming neighborhoods by the Seaport & Leather district, this one bedroom, one bath loft was looking to fix some design issues with the space created by past owners. One of our major concerns with this renovaton was not only to provide the client with a precise & eco-friendly renovation, but also to ensure the client’s safety throughout the construction. At BGB We pride ourselves on keeping work spaces well sealed off from client’s personnel space while under construction. This can be seen with the elaborate Zipwall (featured in one of the photos below) dividing the large space into two. We will be reconfiguring the existing master closet space, giving the kitchen new life with Carrara counter tops and back splash, stainless steel added to the facade of the island. Fixtures will be replaced for all the existing electrical, plumbing trim for the shower and a new dual flush toilet will be swapped out in the bathroom.
